Airports quality of service review

In early May 2023 the ACCC completed a review of the quality of services indicators the ACCC uses in monitoring and evaluating the quality of services and facilities at Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney airports.

The final advice was then sent to the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts.
