On 29 July 2015, the ACCC made its draft decision to approve the IPART application subject to conditions.
The ACCC intends to make its final decision by 25 September 2015.

The ACCC invited members of the public to make submissions on the draft decision, including proposed conditions and the date accreditation is proposed to take effect, by 26 August 2015.
