The ACCC published its final decision on State Water’s pricing application on 26 June 2014. This followed consideration of submissions from stakeholders on the draft decision.

For the avoidance of doubt, the ACCC’s final decision on the cap on charges for allocation trade processing is the same as the draft decision, and is set out on p.82 of the final decision on this website.
