Interim report submissions31 Jan 2018
The ACCC released its interim report on 30 November 2017 seeking feedback on the interim report and the interim findings and recommendations. Submissions to the interim report closed on 31 January 2018.
Confidentiality
Broadly speaking, the inquiry is a public process and written feedback will be posted on the ACCC website. The ACCC can accept a claim of confidentiality from the party if the disclosure of information would damage their competitive position. Further information is contained in the issues paper.
