On 28 December 2020, we published our final report as required under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
This final report brings together significant analysis and recommendations made throughout the 3 year inquiry. The report sets out in detail our analysis of the operation of the markets for home, contents and strata insurance in northern Australia.

Further information on insurance broker remuneration
On 7 December 2022, the ACCC wrote to the Quality of Advice review to reiterate its recommendation (19.1) to extend the ban on conflicted remuneration to insurance brokers.
