Hunter Valley rail network annual compliance assessment 2021

On 23 May 2023 the ACCC released a consultation paper inviting submissions on Australian Rail Track Corporation's (ARTC) Hunter Valley annual compliance submission for the 2021 calendar year.

Submissions to the ACCC's consultation paper closed on 30 June 2023. The ACCC received one submission from the Hunter Rail Action Task Force, which is available below.
