ARTC's compliance submission23 May 2023
On 11 April 2023 Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) submitted its annual compliance documentation to the ACCC for the calendar year 2021. ARTC made some minor revisions and provided the ACCC with revised documents on 5 and 17 May 2023. ARTC's public 2021 compliance documents are available below.
The 2021 annual compliance assessment will be carried out in accordance with Schedule J of version 8 of the HVAU.
