The ACCC has released a final report for the mobile terminating access service (MTAS) final access determination inquiry. This report contains the ACCC's final positions on the price and non-price terms of access to be included in the MTAS final access determination.
The ACCC has considered Analysys Mason's report 'Benchmarking the cost of providing MTAS in Australia' in reaching its final position on price.
