Further extension of decision making period15 May 2020
The ACCC has decided to further extend the decision making period for the mobile terminating access service (MTAS) final access determination for a period of six months, to 6 December 2020.
The ACCC has been unable to make an MTAS final access determination within the previously extended inquiry period ending 6 June 2020. This is because the ACCC has undertaken further work to develop and implement the pricing methodology for the MTAS.
On 15 May 2020, the ACCC released a draft report for the MTAS final access determination inquiry and invites submissions until 10 July 2020.
