The ACCC varied the Building Block Model record keeping rule following the consultation process that started in May 2013.
The final varied Building Block Model record keeping rule contained minor changes to the draft proposed in May 2013. These changes don't require Telstra to provide the ACCC with any additional information to that outlined in the proposed variation.
