Building Block Model record keeping rule

On 21 March 2012, the ACCC commenced consultation on a draft BBM record keeping rule. The draft requested information on forecast and actual data from Telstra relating to operating expenditure, capital expenditure, depreciation and demand which is required to effectively implement the FLSM.
