On 15 December 2023, the ACCC released its 18th interim report as part of our inquiry into Australia’s gas supply arrangements.
We continue to focus on the operation of the East Coast Gas Market. This report gives an update on gas supply and demand and contract prices negotiated by gas producers and retailers. It also provides our review of retailer selling practices, following broad engagement with stakeholders.
