On 6 March 2023, Commodity Ag Pty Ltd applied to the ACCC seeking to be determined an exempt service provider of port terminal services at its port terminal facility at Albany.
On 4 April 2023, the ACCC released its draft determination proposing to grant Commodity Ag Pty Ltd exempt service provider status in relation to its port terminal facility at Albany. The closing date for submissions was 20 April 2023. No submissions were received.
On 31 May 2023 the ACCC released a final determination document confirming that it has determined Commodity Ag to be exempt service provider of port terminal services in relation to its port terminal facility at Albany. The exemption was made by notifiable instrument.
