Final determination 31 May 2023
The ACCC has determined Commodity Ag to be an exempt service provider of port terminal services at its Albany facility.
The exemption means that Commodity Ag is not required to comply with Parts 3 to 6 of the Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat) Code of Conduct in the course of providing port terminal services via its facility at Albany.
The determination was made by notifiable instrument and registered on the Federal Register of Legislation. The notifiable instrument commenced on 31 May 2023.
