Port of Portland wheat port exemption assessment

On 3 September 2021, Port of Portland Pty Limited provided a written application to the ACCC seeking to be determined an exempt service provider of port terminal services provided at its port terminal facility at Portland, Victoria.

On 29 October 2021, the ACCC released an issues paper to commence a public consultation process on the application submitted by Port of Portland Pty Limited. The closing date for submissions was 26 November 2021. Two submissions were received.
