Riordan Grain Services Port of Portland wheat port exemption assessment

On 31 March 2020, the ACCC made a final determination to grant Riordan Grain Services an exemption for port terminal services provided by means of its port terminal facility at Portland.

The exemption means that Riordan Grain Services is not required to comply with Parts 3 to 6 of the Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat) Code of Conduct.
