Riordan Grain Services Port of Portland wheat port exemption assessment

On 23 August 2019, the ACCC released a variation of its determination made on 28 July 2017 that granted an exemption to Riordan at Geelong.

The variation removes the reference to 'Berth 3, Lascelles Wharf', meaning that Riordan is exempt at Geelong irrespective of the exact location of its facility within the Geelong port.
