Draft determinations6 Oct 2020
On 6 October 2020 the ACCC issued draft determinations proposing to:
- grant exemptions to Viterra in relation to its Port Adelaide Inner Harbour and Outer Harbor facilities
- not grant exemptions to Viterra in relation to its Port Giles, Port Lincoln, Thevenard and Wallaroo facilities.
The ACCC received eight submissions from stakeholders in response to the draft determinations.
