Interstate Access Undertaking 2024

On 17 April 2024 the ACCC sent a letter to ARTC regarding an extension of the current undertaking until 31 December 2024. This would ensure that there is no uncertainty for users as to whether the statutory assessment processes will be finalised before the existing undertaking expires on 30 June 2024.
