Information request 126 Feb 2024

On 26 February 2024 the ACCC sent a request to ARTC to provide further information to support the assessment of the Proposed Undertaking. The information request covers:

  • negotiation and dispute resolution
  • commercial arbitration
  • charges
  • Interstate Network Development Strategy (INDS), Inland Rail and additional capacity
  • cost recovery
  • annual reporting information
  • concerns raised by stakeholders as set out in the Explanatory Guide.

The period from 26 February to 18 March 2024 constitutes a specified period for a response to the notice under subsection 44ZZBCA(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
