Telstra's structural separation undertaking

On 19 June 2013, the ACCC approved two minor variations to Telstra's structural separation undertaking (SSU). These variations related to:

• Telstra's determination of reference prices for future declared services (in response to a concern raised by the Competitive Carriers Coalition)
• inclusion of a new comparative metric measuring Telstra's performance in relation to provisioning line sharing services (LSS) and BigPond ADSL Layer 2 services.
