Superfast broadband access service (SBAS) final access determination inquiry 2021

On 12 March 2024, the ACCC released its final report for the SBAS access determination inquiry. This report contains the ACCC's final decision on the price and non-price terms of access in the SBAS final access determination, which will be effective from 1 September 2024 until 1 March 2027.

The ACCC's final decision provides that regulated SBAS access prices will continue to be benchmarked to NBN prices for equivalent residential broadband services.
