Interim access determination19 Jul 2021
The ACCC made an interim access determination for the SBAS under section 152BCG of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 on 19 July 2021.
A copy of the SBAS interim access determination is available on the register of access determinations in the ACCC public registers.
Interim Access Determination and Explanatory Note
The IAD maintains current regulated price and non-price terms while we conduct a public inquiry to make a final access determination. The IAD applies from 27 July 2021 until the earlier of 31 December 2022 or the start of the new final access determination.
