On 23 September 2009 the ACCC published a further draft decision on each of the proposed Access Undertakings (the Undertakings) lodged by Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd (CBH), GrainCorp Operations Ltd (GrainCorp) and ABB Grain Ltd (ABB) during April 2009.
The views set out in these further draft decisions followed public consultation on the first draft decisions published on 6 August 2009.
