Fixed line services final access determination inquiry 2018

Following on from the preliminary consultation, the ACCC published a consultation and position paper to outline the ACCC’s initial position and to seek stakeholder views.

The paper also outlines:

• the ACCC's proposed approach
• key issues relevant to future regulation of the services
• a number of questions for stakeholders — including the ACCC's proposal for currently applying fixed line prices to be maintained in nominal terms and non-price terms and conditions of access to be maintained for a further five years until 30 June 2024.
