Fixed line services final access determination inquiry 2018

On 30 November 2022, the ACCC released a public consultation paper on proposed variations to the Final Access Determinations Nos. 1 to 7 of 2019 for Fixed Line Services to reflect changes in Telstra’s corporate structure.

The public consultation paper also sought views on variations to the Interim Access Determination No. 1 of 2021 for the Superfast Broadband Access Service, Telstra Customer Access Network record keeping rule, the Division 12 record keeping rule, the Audit of Telecommunications Infrastructure record keeping rule, and the Internet Activity record keeping rule.

The proposed variations updated the relevant instruments to reflect changes to Telstra’s corporate structure.

Submissions to the consultation paper were due on 14 December 2022.
