On 30 June 2017 the ACCC released a public consultation paper regarding the future operation of the NBN Services in Operation record keeping rules (NBN SIO record keeping rules).
2017 NBN SIO record keeping rule consultation paper
The purpose of this consultation is to seek submissions on the ACCC's review of the operation of the NBN SIO record keeping rule.
The NBN SIO record keeping rule was due to expire on 30 September 2017 and the ACCC sought views on whether the record keeping rule should be extended, extended and varied, or allowed to expire.
