NBN Services in Operation record keeping rules

On 22 October 2021 the ACCC commenced a public consultation on proposed changes to the NBN SIO record keeping rule and NBN Wholesale Market Indicators Report.

This consultation seeks stakeholder submissions on the ACCC's proposals to include NBN business services reporting, service standard performance reporting, CVC overage reporting and additional public disclosure of CVC information.

Submissions to the further consultation were required by 19 November 2021.
