NBN Services in Operation record keeping rules

On 18 December 2017 the ACCC amended the NBN SIO record keeping rule after considering submissions received during the June 2017 consultation and October 2017 further consultation.

The amended NBN SIO record keeping rule and Explanatory Statement are provided.

There is a small typographical error in the sample template attached to the amended record keeping rule. The reference peak period for reporting of Traffic Class 1 (TC1) should be 7 pm to 11 pm to reflect the change in the peak period outlined in the rules.

An amended template is provided. A copy of the amended template was also provided to NBN Co on 20 December 2017 in accordance with rule 22.
