NBN Services in Operation record keeping rules

The ACCC invited comments from interested parties on whether the draft record keeping rule:

• raises any concerns which the ACCC should take into account when deciding whether to make the record keeping rule
• should include any additional information gathering and/or reporting requirements
• should be used to publish reports and if so, what kind of public reporting should the ACCC produce.

Submissions were sought by 5 pm on Friday 15 August 2014.
